To expedite your request, please send photos of the damage, including a close-up and a distance shot. The guarantee applies to all online purchases within the first 30 days.

Returns: We hope that you’re happy with your frshslabs, but if you have a problem, here’s what you need to know. When you order a frshslab, it is custom made to your specifications. Therefore we can't accept returns, but will do everything possible to make things right! In rare cases where a replacement is not satisfactory, we will honor a store credit for the order value.

Shipping: We send all frshslabs products via USPS as our default / FREE Shipping option. You have the choice to select UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping as desired, depending on your geographic location.

We’ll ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 5 working days. Please allow 2 - 4 working days for delivery within the United States. Keep in mind that we're located in Charlotte, NC. Typically orders to the East Coast or neighboring states take 1 - 2 business days for delivery. Shipments heading further and towards the West Coast are delivered in 2 - 4 business days.
